Polyurethane high rebound release agent RD-525

1、 Performance:

RD-525 high rebound release agent is used for demolding polyurethane soft foam materials, such as car seats, car carpets, car headrests, car front bumpers, sound insulation components, suitable for demolding direct foam materials at 30-75 ℃. In these applications, RD release agents have the following advantages: strong release force, surface opening, and dry and non greasy detached parts.

The demolding of various resin products is particularly suitable for demolding fiberglass grilles.

Diluent: 120 # solvent oil

4、 Usage:

Clean the mold thoroughly. Dilute RD-525 at a ratio of 1:10-15, stir evenly, and apply it evenly to the mold using a brush or spray gun. After the solvent evaporates, it can be used. The frequency of use is based on the complexity of the mold and the molding material. Generally, high resilience products are sprayed every 4 molds.

5、 Packaging:

High strength plastic drum or refined iron drum packaging, with a net weight of 20KG or 150KG per drum.

6、 Storage and expiration date:

Store in the original sealed container at -20 ℃ -50 ℃, with a shelf life of 24 months.
