Copper aluminum release agent RD-1522
Copper aluminum release agent RD-1522

1、 Performance:

RD-1520 metal release agent is a composite of organic polymer materials, inorganic polymer materials, and auxiliary materials. It is a colorless or slightly yellow water-based hot forging release agent with excellent lubrication effect for high-temperature forming of metal materials. It can be dispersed in water without any treatment, forming a uniform and stable sol state, non-toxic and harmless to human body, and pollution-free to the environment. When diluted 20-30 times with clean water, it does not affect the aquatic plant ecosystem. It is an ideal replacement product for traditional release agents and is highly welcomed by users.

2、 Main purpose:

The demolding of various casting process products is particularly suitable for casting and demolding of metals such as aluminum, copper, iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, etc.

3、 Technical indicators:

Appearance: Sea gray liquid

Density: 1.0-1.2 (D420)

Effective ingredient: 35%

Viscosity: 100 (mPa. s/25 ℃)

Flash point:>2000 ℃

PH value: 8-10

4、 Usage:

1. This product is a highly concentrated solution and should be diluted with deionized water. It is not advisable to use hard water with high mineral content.

2. First add water, then add release agent and mix with water. Stir thoroughly for 1-2 minutes, and then use air flow dispersion.

3. Adjust the dilution ratio according to the actual situation, generally recommended to be between 5-10 times.

4. To achieve better and uniform coverage of the entire mold surface and reduce the friction coefficient, it is recommended to use spray coating

5、 Packaging:

High strength iron drum packaging, with a net weight of 25 kilograms or 200 kilograms per drum.

6、 Storage and expiration date:

Pay attention to antifreeze, store in a well ventilated area, cover tightly when not in use, and avoid volatilization and dust. Before use, it is necessary to stir thoroughly because after long-term storage, different concentration gradients may form in certain areas. If it exceeds the expiration date, it must be inspected and qualified before use.
