RD-X353 defoamer is a silicone ether ester defoamer with excellent acid and alkali resistance and solubility. It is a highly versatile defoamer product when combined with various refining and penetrating agents in the system.

3、 Application Fields

1. Addition to textile pulp, high-temperature dyeing process, and dyeing auxiliaries.

2. Add defoamers to waterproofing agents, cutting fluids, cleaning agents, and washing products, and add defoamers to various cleaning sites.

3. Water based ink specific and other water-based systems that require fast defoaming.

4、 Usage method

Defoamer has excellent defoaming and antifoaming properties. It can be added after the production of foam or added into the product as a foam inhibiting component. The optimal addition amount is determined by the customer according to the specific situation.

Defoamer products can be used directly or diluted before use. If it can be thoroughly stirred and dispersed in the foaming system, it can be added directly without dilution. If dilution is required, follow the dilution method provided by the technical personnel. Do not directly dilute with water, otherwise it is easy to cause layering, emulsification and other phenomena, which will affect the product quality. The company shall not be held responsible for any consequences arising from direct dilution with water or other incorrect methods of processing or using the product.

5、 Packaging and Storage

This product is packaged in 25Kg, 50Kg, 120Kg, or 200kg plastic drums or ton drums. If there are special requirements, customization can be negotiated. Storage temperature: 0-30 ℃. Do not place near heat sources or expose to sunlight. Do not add acid, alkali, salt or other substances to this product. Seal the container when not in use to avoid contamination by harmful bacteria. If there is layering after prolonged storage, stir evenly and generally do not affect the effectiveness of use. This product will freeze below 0 ℃. If it freezes, it should be melted and stirred before use, and the effect will not be affected.

Under the recommended storage temperature and unopened packaging conditions, the shelf life is 6 months from the date of production.
