RD-502 is a water-based semi permanent capsule isolation agent designed specifically for capsule operating temperatures between 120 and 230 ℃. At temperatures above 120 ℃, RD-502 can form a protective film with good adhesion on the surface of the capsule. This film has characteristics such as high-temperature lubrication, multiple demolding, wear resistance, and can protect the capsule and extend its service life.

Scope of application:

Isolation and lubrication between vulcanization capsules and tire embryos in tire production.

usage method:

RD-502 is suitable for cold or hot capsules. It is recommended to use the original solution and follow the following usage method:

Before the first use of the new capsule, this isolation agent can be used for pre coating, which can be done before and after the capsule is installed. The coating method can be brush coating, dip coating, and spray coating, with a coating amount of 50-100 grams per square meter. After coating, the mold can be heated in a mold environment above 70 ℃ for more than 20 minutes; The higher the temperature, the shorter the required temperature modeling time.

2. After the pre coating is completed and before the formal vulcanization begins, it is recommended to apply the release agent again and allow the capsule to shrink and expand 2-3 times to fully cover the surface of the capsule with the release agent, while accelerating the evaporation of moisture and preventing air pockets caused by the presence of water. After the surface moisture of the capsule evaporates, it can be molded and vulcanized. Adequate drying is beneficial for increasing the number of demolding cycles.

3. Depending on the situation, apply the isolation agent once each time and allow the capsule to shrink and expand 2-3 times. After the surface moisture of the capsule evaporates, proceed with mold vulcanization.

4. The isolation agent should be applied evenly and in an appropriate amount, without any missed areas, so as not to affect the isolation effect
