Liquid film isolation agent RD-790
Liquid film isolation agent RD-790

Product Description:

Liquid isolation agent RD-790 is an aqueous dispersion of composite fatty acid salts, polymers, and ultrafine amorphous fillers. It can avoid the adhesion of uncured film and semi-finished components, and also prevent pressureless vulcanized products from promoting vulcanization together. This product compensates for the dust flying of certain powdered isolation agents (such as talcum powder) and also prevents water pollution caused by steam vulcanization. In the continuous production process, the film soaked in soap solution is easier to roll and has a shorter vulcanization time than the film soaked in soap solution. The isolation agent is composed of an active agent and a film-forming polymer, ensuring continuous film-forming even in low-temperature mass production. The small amount mixed into the rubber material will not cause any processing problems and will not affect the physical and aging properties of the vulcanized product

Technical indicators:

Composition: Water based dispersion of composite fatty acid salts, polymers, and ultrafine amorphous fillers

Appearance: Light colored medium viscosity liquid Solid content (105 ℃, 4H): 26~32%

PH(25'C):8~11

usage method:

The ratio of isolation agent to water is 1:2.5-1:10. It is recommended to stir or dilute the container with water before use to achieve uniform dispersion When diluting with water, gradually add water until the required amount is reached. Isolation agents are typically used in cooling tanks that pass through uncured rubber after extrusion processing. Before storing the adhesive, the release agent must have sufficient time to dry thoroughly on the surface of the film.

Application areas:

Various tires, butyl or rubber inner tubes, rubber products, semi-finished products, sealing components.

packing:

High strength plastic drum packaging, specifications include 25KG/packaging 50KG/packaging
