RD-791 is a water-based dispersion of zinc stearate and magnesium fillers for adhesive film. Applied to mixing and extrusion processes to avoid adhesion of uncured film and semi-finished components. The isolation agent compensates for the dust flying of some powdered isolation agents, which can be quickly dispersed in water and can be used in continuous mixing film impregnation processes. The aqueous solution has a short drying time on the surface of uncured rubber sheets or rubber materials and forms a uniform elastic film to prevent adhesion. During continuous use, no dust is generated, and no precipitation or hard lumps are formed on the surface of the equipment and uncured rubber material, which means it is not a problem in the post-processing process. In the continuous production process, the film soaked in RD-791 is easier to roll and operate than the film soaked in soap solution. Application areas: tires, rubber products, semi-finished products, sealing components.

The isolation agent RD-791 needs to be diluted with water at a ratio of 1:15-1:20. Adjustments need to be made based on temperature and the tendency of the adhesive to stick. It is recommended to gently stir RD-791 or shake the packaging drum before use to achieve uniform dispersion. When preparing the isolation agent, pour the isolation agent into 50-60 ° C hot water according to the filling ratio, and use a stirring device to stir for 5-10 minutes to obtain a uniform isolation agent.

EFN-25C isolation agent is commonly used in immersion cooling tanks after mixing or extruding uncured rubber. Before stacking and storing the adhesive material, the release agent solution must have sufficient time to dry thoroughly on the surface of the film.
